Dr. Dominy is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric training at Albert Einstein Medical Center where she served as a Chief Resident her last year. Dr. Dominy, lives in the area, has worked as a local pediatrician in two large group practices for seven years prior to starting Panda Bear Pediatrics, LLC, a practice based on quality pediatric care. 

Dr. Dominy is board certified in pediatrics by both the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians. From 2004, continuing through the present, Dr. Dominy is the Director of the Core Clinical Clerkship in Pediatrics as well as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  In this role, Dr. Dominy trains and tests third year medical students on the subject of Pediatrics.  She is a recipient of humanitarian and academic awards due to her commitment to academic excellence.
